We have customized our Terminal Operating System (TOS) - CMC MaCH in line with the
customers’ requirements. TOS is a user-friendly system that has varied reporting
capabilities.
Customers can view performance, Container movements at the gate, movements within
the yard, load and discharge status and vessel summary on real time basis. In addition,
all these reports can be imported to excel.
Our terminal uses Radio Data Terminal that provides for timely online container
updations as also online reefer monitoring. This saves time as there is no need
for batch updations. We exchange Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages including
BAPLIE CODECO, COARRI with and from the shipping community electronically on a regular
basis.
